Content Operations Dashboard

A real-time operator interface for managing an AI-powered content automation system.

This case study covers the human-facing interface built around the n8n content automation infrastructure. Instead of asking operators to work inside a workflow editor, the dashboard gives them one place to review drafts, inspect publishing status, approve or reject content, and understand the health of connected services.

Operational visibility

The interface separates content queues, approvals, publishing activity, workflow execution history, and integration settings. Operators can follow a post from draft through decision and publication, while the activity log preserves the events needed to investigate a failed or delayed run.

Designed around the automation layer

The dashboard is the control surface for the automation system described in Project 1. It does not replace the n8n workflows; it makes them usable for daily operations by exposing the information and actions a human reviewer needs without requiring direct access to the underlying execution engine.
