AI-powered content orchestration with human approval before publishing.

This case study documents a working content automation system built to reduce repetitive publishing work without removing human control. RSS sources are ingested on schedule, duplicate items are filtered, and a Gemini model drafts platform-ready captions. An image-generation step prepares a matching visual before the draft is stored in Google Sheets.

Automation architecture

The workflow is orchestrated in n8n and connects RSS ingestion, AI caption generation, image generation, Google Sheets queue management, Telegram approvals, Facebook publishing, execution logging, and error handling. Each stage has a defined handoff so an operator can trace what happened to a post.

Human-in-the-loop publishing

Generated content is placed in a review queue and sent to a Telegram approval bot. The operator can approve or reject the draft from the approval message. Only the approved path continues toward publishing, while decisions, execution IDs, source URLs, and failures remain available in the queue and logs.
