ClientOps is a multi-source AI-assisted client opportunity intelligence system. It discovers public business signals from Hacker News, RemoteOK, and Remotive, filters and cross-deduplicates opportunities, evaluates service fit against the studio's verified profile, and scores fit, signal, urgency, commercial potential, contactability, and confidence. Promising opportunities are researched with verified facts kept separate from AI inferences, and legitimate publicly available contact information is identified before a personalized outreach draft is prepared.
Human-in-the-loop outreach
Nothing external happens without a person. Opportunities surface in Telegram for founder approval, outreach drafts wait for explicit human send approval, and only approved email is sent through Gmail. Incoming replies are detected, matched using Gmail metadata, classified, and surfaced back to the founder. The system is designed around controlled AI automation — discovery, qualification, research, scoring, drafting, and classification are automated; approval, sending, and response decisions stay human.
Reliability by design
Cross-source deduplication, idempotency, state locking, bounded retries, error handling, and full audit logging protect every stage. Duplicate sending is guarded, malformed AI output is contained, and network failures are logged. The system has been tested end-to-end and is in active internal use as the studio's own client acquisition infrastructure.
